Without compliance, your app will not generate any revenue, and it may end up violating the privacy policies, which can even lead to being suspended from Google Play.

Collect user consent

It is very important to collect the user consent. For this purpose, Your use of the SDK must comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and pass the collected consent to our SDK.

This is required to be able to generate revenue.

Faking the user consent will make your app not compliant with the privacy regulations and may cause some issues with Google Play.

To be fully transparent, Google Play’s policy does not officially allow SDKs that enable proxy functionality unless the app itself is explicitly categorized as a proxy service (such as our own Packetshare app). While some apps using our SDK may currently be available on Google Play, there is always a risk that Google could enforce its policy and take action.

To avoid potential compliance issues, we recommend considering alternative distribution channels, such as: Amazon App Store Direct APK downloads from your website or third-party stores

These platforms offer a safer way to distribute your app while still benefiting from SDK monetization.
